The A-Series is a solution for medium and large batch production, also in high product mix environments. Three compatible machines (AX-201, AX-301 and AX-501) place complex and odd-form components with high accuracy. Line performance offers single-digit defects per million at placement rates of between 11k and 165k components per hour.

Scaling is achieved without compromising placement accuracy or altering the machine¡¯s footprint. This machine delivers exceptionally high first-pass yield and placement performance with single-digit defects per million.

The AX-301 handles a wide range of components from 01005 to IC packages measuring 45 x 45 mm (including fine-pitch QFP, BGA, ¦ÌBGA and CSP). It also places components up to 10.5 mm tall (for a length of 10.5 mm). Reliability is assured with a placement accuracy of 40 microns at 3 sigma.
